BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Concurrent resolution is in process to request funding from Clerk Council Services -Contingency Relief <br />account to the Transfer to Highway Funds account for $4,000.00 to address convex mirrors in District <br />2, South Hilo. <br />We are requesting these funds to be appropriated in the Highway Fund. <br />Since there is a concurrent resolution to request funding transfer to the Highway Fund, the Department <br />of Public Works Traffic Division would like to request a waiver from the Finance Committee and have <br />this bill heard at the Council meeting scheduled for April 15, 2015. <br />Funding to be spent prior to June 30, 2015. <br />SIGNED: DATE: <br />Depa ment Head <br />A5 -C`1 _3 <br />
