Hawai‘i County Council-15 June 3, 2015 Res. 195-15: TRANSFERS/APPROPRIATES AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITS SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR AN ADDITIONAL STREET LIGHT ON KING AVENUE Transfers/appropriates $2,500 out and from the Clerk-Council Services – Contingency Relief account (Council District 3); and credits the same to the Department of Public Works, Transfer to Capital Project Fund-General account (Street Light Installations Islandwide – King Avenue). Funds would be used for a light fixture and an electrical connection for King Avenue in Hilo. Victorino, President (Gladys C. Baisa, Alternate); Dennis “Fresh” Onishi, Vice President (Daniel K. Paleka, Jr., Alternate); J.
