Hawai‘i County Council-15 June 3, 2015 Bill 59: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 14-81, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2015 Appropriates revenues in the State Grant – Coffee Berry Borer Pesticide Subsidy Program account ($450,000); and appropriates the same to the Coffee Berry Borer Pesticide Subsidy Program account. Funds would be used to offer subsidies to farmers who purchase pesticides to combat the coffee berry borer. Funds would be used towards warehouse improvements and equipment at Na Kahuā Hale O Uluwini.
