PSMTC-4 Page 2 June 2, 2015 <br /> Also in attendance was Mr. Ronald Thiel, Department of Public Works Traffic Division Chief. <br /> Mr. Thiel informed the Council of the role the County's Traffic Division plays in the installation of <br /> neighborhood watch signs along County roadways. <br /> Questions regarding the installation of signs on private roadways were addressed and highlighted in <br /> Section 3 of the proposed bill.
