These funds will be used for consultant design services of which $640,000 are <br /> provided by federal grants along with a$142,000 County match, and $18,000 from State <br /> CIP funds, for a total appropriation of$800,000. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled"Mamalahoa Highway <br /> Widening, Mud Lane to Mand Rd." and to appropriate $800,000 to the Capital Budget for <br /> this project. The Department of Public Works requests that this bill be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee, and be placed on the July 24, 2015 Council Agenda in order to <br /> expedite this project.
