These funds will be granted to the Lokahi Treatment Center for the rental of office <br /> space in the Pahoa Village Center. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $6,706.26 to the Office of Housing and Community Development's Lokahi Treatment <br /> Center Miscellaneous Contract Services account within the Housing Fund. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development requests that this bill be waived <br /> from the Finance Committee and be placed on the August 5, 2015 Council Agenda in <br /> order to accompany the concurrent resolution.
