BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Concurrent resolution is in process to request funding from Clerk Council Services-Contingency Relief funds <br /> from Council District 4 to the Office of Housing and Community Development to provide a grant to Li kahi <br /> Treatment Centers for the rental of office space in the Pahoa Village Center. <br /> We are requesting these funds to be appropriated in the Housing Fund. <br /> Since there is a concurrent resolution to request funding transfer to the Office of Housing Fund, the OHCD <br /> would like to request a waiver from the Finance Committee and have this bill heard at the Council Meeting <br /> scheduled for August 5, 2015. <br /> SIGNED: `' DATE: /It1ll� <br /> artment Head <br />
