p� a <br />COUNTY OF HAWt1I w . i.'STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 177 <br />(Draft 2) <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 15 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br />CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />(RS -10) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (CN -7.5) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, <br />HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-34:35. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br />follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br />Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial (CN -7.5): <br />Beginning at the northwest comer of this parcel of land, also being the southwest <br />comer of Grant 8686 to T. Tanaka (Lot 9, Block 13 of Waiakea House Lots, 1 st Series) <br />on the east side of Manono Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 623.00 feet south and <br />9,141.00 feet east and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south: <br />2700 00' 225.00 feet along Grant 8686 to T. Tanaka (Lot 9, <br />Block 13 of Waiakea House Lots, 1st <br />Series); <br />2. 3600 00' 100.00 feet along Grant 8796 to K. Wakimoto <br />(Lot 12, Block 13 of Waiakea House Lots, <br />1 st Series); <br />3. 900 00' 225.00 feet along Grant 8687 to A. J. Gomes <br />(Lot 13, Block 13 of Waiakea House Lots, <br />1st Series); <br />4. 1800 00' 100.00 feet along the east side of Manono Street to <br />the point of beginning and containing an <br />area of 22,500 Square Feet. <br />
