The Project is consistent with the goals, <br /> objectives, and policies of the County General Plan and the Kona CDP of concentrating growth within <br /> urban villages with densities that support public transit. The approved infill Project incorporates <br /> minimum levels of affordable housing, provides open spaces within the TOD and preserves open spaces <br /> in perpetuity protecting significant natural and cultural resources.
