COUNTY OF HAWAII ~ . -STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 315 <br /> ORDINANCE N0.98 X30 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> <br /> BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COUNC]L OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division I, section 24-260, schedule 8 (45 mile per <br /> <br /> hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawau County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> deleting the following item: <br /> Route 132, from the Pohoiki Road Junction to Route 137.] <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-263, schedule 11 (55 mile per <br /> hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawau County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ u r i z~ rhP pohoiki Road Junction to Route 137 <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 5.
