Chapter 23 of the Hawai`i County Code as certified and approved by all applicable agencies, and that it <br /> is in the public interest to accept such dedication. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, <br /> in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Section 23-10 of <br /> the Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of Road Lots 50, 51, R-3, <br /> R-2-B, 501, 502, 503, 6-C and 142, portions of which contains an area of 0.603 acres, 0.663 acres, <br /> 1.092 acres, 0.928 acres, 3.293 acres, 20,736 square feet, 18,810 square feet, 1.839 acres and 3.230 <br /> acres, more or less, respectively, identified as a portion of Tax Map Key Nos.: (3) 7-3-060:051 (por.), <br /> (3) 7-3-061:053 & 054 and (3) 7-3-010:057, delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including all <br /> improvements thereon for public road purposes. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) the <br /> Honorable William P.
