COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 95 ORDINANCE NO. S 108 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 1, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of this amendment is to relocate an existing speed limit sign that is in the way of a property owner's future driveway. The relocation of the sign requires updating the code to match adjustments in the field. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1, Section 24-257, Schedule 5, 35 mile per hour limit, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended by revising existing item (11) as follows: (11) Kawailani Street, from [mattkae-riirIus] a point one hundred sixty- five feet east of Makani Circle to [Ko -`-els St-ree ]Highway 11. SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1, Section 24-255, Schedule 3, 25 mile per hour limit, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following and renumbering as required: Kawailani Street, from its western terminus to a point one hundred sixty-five feet east of Makani Circle. SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 5. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held- invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
