BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Office of Housing & Community Development currently has 5 housing facilities that we maintain. Some <br /> of the Housing complexes are over 20 years old and in need of dire repairs and maintenance. Having a <br /> General R&M appropriation gives us the flexibility to repair/maintain/renovate any of our housing <br /> complexes/projects as needed.
