BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> At June 30, 2015, Ord 12-127 appropriations have lapsed. A total of$2,070,063.90 Fuel Tax Increase funds <br /> needs to be reappropriated in order for the Department of Public Works to expend them.
