COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 115 ORDINANCE NO. ' G I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of these amendments is to provide more parking along Alii Drive in North Kona. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28, No parking at anytime, subsection (f), Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended by revising existing item (10) as follows: (10) Alii Drive, east (mauka� side, [1egifiat] from a point [ene fifty] forty-two feet []south of the southern intersection of Kahakai Road with Alii Drive and extending two hundred three feet north of [La -algia Avenue to] Walua Road. SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28, No parking at anytime, subsection (f), Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended by adding new items and renumbering as follows: ( ) Alii Drive northeast (mauka) side from the property line between parcels identified by Tax Map Key Numbers (3) 7-5-020.072 and 7- 5-020:073 and extending two thousand nine hundred thirty-five feet southeast of Lunapule Road. Alii Drive northeast (mauka) side from a point nine hundred forty- four feet southeast of Lunapule Road and extending six hundred sixty feet southeast of Lunapule Road ( ) Alii Drive northeast (mauka) side from a point ninety feet south of the northern intersection of Kahakai Road with Alii Drive to its northern terminus except for the parking in the curb cut-out fronting parcels identified by Tax Map Key Numbers (3) 7-5-009.028 and 7-
