The purpose of these amendments is to provide more parking along Alii <br /> Drive in North Kona. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28, No <br /> parking at anytime, subsection (f), Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by revising existing item (10) as follows: <br /> (10) Ali`i Drive, east(mauka) side, [beginning at] from a point [ene <br /> • • . - . ] forty-two feet [north ]south of the <br /> southern intersection of Kahakai Road with Ali`i Drive and <br /> extending two hundred three feet north of[La'aloa Avenue to] <br /> Walua Road. <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28, No <br /> parking at anytime, subsection (f), Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by adding new items and renumbering as follows: <br /> ( ) Alii Drive, northeast (mauka) side, from the property line between <br /> parcels identified by Tax Map Key Numbers (3) 7-5-020:072 and 7- <br /> 5-020:073 and extending two thousand nine hundred thirty-five feet <br /> southeast of Lunapule Road. <br /> ( ) Ali`i Drive, northeast (mauka) side, from a point nine hundred forty- <br /> four feet southeast of Lunapule Road and extending six hundred <br /> sixty feet southeast of Lunapule Road. <br /> ( ) Ali`i Drive, northeast (mauka) side, from a point ninety feet south of <br /> the northern intersection of Kahakai Road with Ali`i Drive to its <br /> northern terminus, except for the parking in the curb cut-out fronting <br /> parcels identified by Tax Map Key Numbers (3) 7-5-009:028 and 7- <br />
