We are proposing the appropriation of$250,000 of the fund <br /> balance to the Bicycle Education—OCE account for use by the Department of Research and <br /> Development for their Bike Share pilot project. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by increasing the Bikeway <br /> Fund's Fund Balance from Previous Year revenue account by $250,000 and then appropriating it <br /> to the Bicycle Education—OCE account, for use by the Department of Research & <br /> Development.
