In the current fiscal year, $160,000 is appropriated for this grant account. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the <br /> additional funds into the JAG Specialized Sexual Assault Unit account, and bringing the <br /> total grant appropriation to $168,618. <br /> The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is requesting that this bill be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the March 2, 2016 Council Agenda in order to <br /> expedite the receipt of these funds.
