January 26, 2004: The Planning Director granted a 5-year administrative time extension <br /> until March 15, 2009 to comply with Condition C of Ordinance No. 99-36. <br /> 8. January 26, 2007: The Department of Public Works approved construction plans for <br /> Subdivision 2000-0174. However, no construction has occurred. <br /> 9.
