As such, the project should not result in an irreversible commitment of <br /> natural or archaeological resources. <br /> The soil on the parcel has been classified "N & C" "not classified" and "fair" by the <br /> Land Study Bureau, representing fair agricultural potential. Approximately half-acre <br /> of the property has a single-family home constructed on it, is being used for cattle <br /> grazing and also for gardening over the last 8 years. It is thus maintained that the <br /> creation of the 2-lot subdivision should foster and enhance, instead of remove this <br /> land from its more intensive future agricultural potential with individual parcel owners <br /> farming at minimum for personal consumption. <br /> 11 <br />
