Applicants' Request: The applicants are requesting to change the zoning district from <br /> Family Agricultural-2 acres (FA-2a) to Family Agricultural-1 acre(FA-1a) for 2.724 <br /> acres of land in order to subdivide the property into two parcels that will then be <br /> conveyed to their family members.
