Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance <br /> amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $96,589 to the little fire ant(LFA) Pesticide <br /> Treatment Voucher Program account. <br /> The Department of Research and Development requests that this bill and resolution be waived <br /> from the Finance Committee, and to waive Council's five-day reconsideration period in order to <br /> ensure that the funds are received during the current fiscal year.
