GREDC-6 Page 2 June 2, 2016 <br />Ms. David questioned why would the council need to oversee the performance of the department <br />heads since they're part of the Mayor's cabinet. She also stated she is leaning on supporting this. <br />Mr. Onishi spoke in opposition based on his experience of being on the council for 7/n years. He <br />stated everyone talked about how great this administration is but no one mentioned the other side <br />when we don't have the majority.
