Subject Properties: The project site comprises three parcels adjacent to the existing Big <br /> Island Candies facility. Parcel 66 is located on the northeast corner of Kekuanao`a Street <br /> and Hinano Street, adjacent to and south of the existing facility. The two existing <br /> residences on parcel 66 are proposed to be demolished. This parcel is proposed for a rest <br /> area for visitors. Parcel 78 is vacant, fronts Laukapu Street, and located immediately <br /> south of the existing facility. Parcel 79, also vacant, is located on the northwest corner of <br /> Kekuanao`a Street and Laukapu Street, immediately south of and adjacent to parcel 78. <br /> -3- <br />
