The properties is located on Kekuanao`a Street, at the northeast <br /> corner of Kekuanao`a Street and Hinano Street and the northwest corner of Kekuanao`a Street <br /> and Laukapu Street, Waiakea House Lots, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> The applicant has submitted a request to amend Conditions C, D, E, and F of Change of <br /> Zone Ordinance No, 06-114.
