REQUEST: <br /> An ordinance amending Ordinance IIP-13 The Capital Budget, by adding the appropriation for Hilo Bayfront <br /> Trails-Federal $165,667.00 and Federal Grants Receivable $165,667.00 <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The State Department of Land and Natural Resources has awarded the County of Hawaii Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation $165,667.00 to provide funding to construct a paved multi-purpose path along Hilo <br /> Bayfront.
