These funds will be used to install a crosswalk and flashing lights for Hawai`i <br /> Montessori School on Manawalea'a Street in North Kona. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $10,000 to the Department of Public Works, Traffic Division's Signals and Street Lights, <br /> Highway Materials account within the Highway Fund. <br /> The Department of Public Works is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the August 3, 2016 Council Agenda.
