BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Concurrent resolution is in process to request funding from Clerk Council Services-Contingency Relief <br /> account to the Transfer to Highway Funds account for$10,000 to provide funds to install crosswalk and <br /> flashing lights for Hawaii Montessori School on Manawalea'a St. in North Kona, Hawaii.
