BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it <br /> hereby urges the 2017 Hawai`i State Legislature to pass legislation allowing the counties to <br /> implement a high-stakes bingo program. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that attached is a proposed bill (Exhibit A), relating to <br /> a high-stakes bingo program, to be considered at the 2017 legislative session. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution to the Honorable Governor David Y.
