COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 4 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP FOR THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE <br />AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT KUKUIHAELE, <br />WAIKOEKOE, HAMAKUA, HAWAII (TAX MAP KEY: 4-8-006:003). <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map for the County of Hawaii are <br />amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kukuihaele, <br />Waikoekoe, Hamakua, Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of this parcel of land, and on the north side of <br />Honoka`a-Waipi`o Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU MAUU NORTH" being 6,447.74 feet <br />North and 1,789.12 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True <br />South: <br />1. 1850 <br />00' <br />21.50 <br />feet along Lot l; <br />2. 2710 <br />30' 30" <br />539.88 <br />feet; <br />3. 3560 <br />10' <br />13.75 <br />feet along Lot 3; <br />4. 880 <br />34' 30" <br />235.68 <br />feet along the north side of Honoka`a- <br />Waipi`o Road; <br />5. 1780 34' 30" 20.00 feet along the north side of Honoka`a- <br />Waipi`o Road; <br />6. 880 34' 30" 306.48 feet along the north side of Honoka`a- <br />Waipi`o Road to the point of beginning <br />and containing an area of 8,803 square feet. <br />
