COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 7p•0F•µ <br /> �� BILL NO. 4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP FOR THE <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE <br /> AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT KUKUIHAELE, <br /> WAIKOEKOE, HAMAKUA, HAWAII(TAX MAP KEY: 4-8-006:003). <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map for the County of Hawai`i are <br /> amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Kukuihaele, <br /> Waikoekoe, Hamakua, Hawai`i, shall be Urban: <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of this parcel of land, and on the north side of <br /> Honoka`a-Waipi`o Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU MAUU NORTH" being 6,447.74 feet <br /> North and 1,789.12 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True <br /> South: <br /> 1. 185° 00' 21.50 feet along Lot 1; <br /> 2. 271° 30' 30" 539.88 feet; <br /> 3. 356° 10' 13.75 feet along Lot 3; <br /> 4. 88° 34' 30" 235.68 feet along the north side of Honoka`a- <br /> Waipi`o Road; <br /> 5. 178° 34' 30" 20.00 feet along the north side of Honoka`a- <br /> Waipi`o Road; <br /> 6. 88° 34' 30" 306.48 feet along the north side of Honoka`a- <br /> Waipi`o Road to the point of beginning <br /> and containing an area of 8,803 square feet. <br />
