COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 5 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-15 (HAMAKUA DISTRICT MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />FROM RESORT -HOTEL — 25,000 SQUARE FEET (V-25) AND AGRICULTURAL — FORTY <br />ACRES (A -40a) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL — TEN ACRES (RS -10a) AND <br />SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL — FIVE ACRES (RS -5a) AT KUKUIHAELE, <br />WAIKOEKOE, HAMAKUA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 4-8-006:003, <br />4-8-006:013 AND 4-8-006:069. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-15, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended to change the district classification <br />of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />LOT A <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kukuihaele, <br />Waikoekoe, Hamakua, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential — 10 acres (RS-IOa) <br />and Single Family Residential — 5 acres (RS -5a): <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of land, and on the south side of <br />Government Main Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU MAUU NORTH" being 7,272.23 feet <br />North and 2,323.29 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True <br />South: <br />1. 0° <br />30' <br />131.70 <br />feet along Lot 1; <br />2. 13° <br />00' <br />530.00 <br />feet along Lot 1; <br />17° 30' 101.27 feet along Lot 1; <br />-1- <br />
