Since <br /> most government data is location based, expanding the capacity to use GIS technology to as many <br /> departments including the Mayor's Office provides the tools needed to make our community better. A single- <br /> user GIS license is more expensive than a concurrent license and would enable a mobile user to use the <br /> program on a laptop.
