The purpose of <br /> this measure is to change the name of the second project from "Kula`imano and Papa'ikou <br /> Dewatering" to '`Kula'imano and Papa'ikou Dewatering& Barminutor Replacement" and to <br /> increase the authorized amount for this project from $1,200,000 to $2,700,000.
