Funds for this project shall be provided from State Revolving <br />Fund ($2.7 million) and would be used for construction. <br /> <br /> ; and <br /> <br />Bill 8: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 16-73, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2016, TO JUNE 30, 2017 <br />Adds the Environmental Management Kula‘imano and Pāpa‘ikou Dewatering & <br />Barminutor Replacement project for $300,000 to the Capital Budget. Funds for the <br />project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund – Fund <br />Balance and/or Other Sources ($300,000).
