<br /> Since I came to Hilo in November of 2010, I have been being profiled and persecuted by the County of
<br /> Hawaii Police Department— PD —for my Faith which I founded in 1993 that I now call .by
<br /> Universal
<br /> Realm of the Lord Almighty. This was in San Antonio, Texas. At the foundation of the Faith embracing the
<br /> whole of humanity is that"Believing in God is optional; Believing in humanity is not" and that the whole of
<br /> humanity is responsible for transforming this precious Earth to. the Paradise for us through exercising our
<br /> Freedom to Choose as it already is instinctively for all others in the Web-of-Life.
<br /> My life had been manipulated prior to my present residence so that I had to move from place to place 12
<br /> times including two and half years of imposed homelessness. In October of 2012 I was subjected to an
<br /> open heart surgery that might not have been necessary but at the behest of the PD, a GPS microchip
<br /> was implanted in my body at Kaiser Permanente facilities in Honolulu. PD has thus total control my life
<br /> including my use of computer as well as my cellphone. I amalso subjected in poverty at the age of 77
<br /> depending on S.S of less than $900 per month as my sole income.
<br /> PD is directly responsible for my having experienced two assaults -- March 27, 2014 and July 09, 2014 —
<br /> one resulting in damage to my knees, injured finger. and a broken rib and the other fractured facial bones,
<br /> structural damage to my eyes and ultimately two brain surgeries due to my inner ears being affected. The
<br /> surgeries took place in late August and Early September. Total cost including transportation about
<br /> $200.000
<br /> The County of Hawaii under the PD is actually a Police State with the PD saying and doing anything
<br /> needed to even alter the behavior of those trusting it. This would not be possible without the support of
<br /> the other branches of County government excepting Mayor Harry Kim. My great concern is that the
<br /> County under the influence of the PD not only controls the County housing but also the HUD section 8
<br /> Since I moved to my present address all my rights have been violated by someone having the keys and
<br /> coming to my apartment at doing whatever it wants. It is a long story.
<br /> It is the intention of the PD to provoke me to do som.ethin so, that I will be evicted from the project
