Mr. Gaspar served in the United States Army from1969 — 1971 <br /> and retired from the Hawai'i Army National Guard after more than 30 years of service <br /> (1971 —2004). In addition to being retired from the Hawai'i Army National Guard, <br /> Mr. Gaspar also retired from Enterprise Holdings where he was a maintenance tech for <br /> approximately 12 years. Mr. Gaspar is currently employed as a transporter for Hertz <br /> Car Rental. <br /> Mr. Gaspar is an active member of our community and volunteers with various veterans <br /> organizations especially with the American Legion and the Big Island Retired Military <br /> Association (BIRMA). <br /> Mr. Gaspar has been a resident of Hawai'i for the past 48 years. <br /> Mr. Gaspar states he is not affiliated with any political party.
