On August 1, <br /> 2005 the County's Office of Housing and Community Development entered into a 10- <br /> year Housing Assistance Payment Contract with 2020 Kino'ole Limited Partnership, <br /> owners of the Kino'ole Senior Residences. They were selected for the Section 8 Project- <br /> Based Voucher Program as offered through a Public Notice dated July 10, 17, and 24, <br /> 2005. The 10-year contract is ending on July 31, 2017 and the Partnership has submitted <br /> a written request for a new 10-year agreement to continue to provide rental assistance for <br /> up to 29 eligible participants. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development requests that this resolution be <br /> waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the June 23, 2017 Council agenda <br /> in order to expedite the processing of this agreement.
