�o�SY OF kg ., <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII `''' STATE OF HAWAII <br /> f�TE-°F-"��- BILL NO. <br /> 46 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, HAWAII <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE.COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this amendment is to restrict parking along a portion of <br /> Mohouli Street in order to improve the visibility for people exiting the Mohouli Heights Senior <br /> Neighborhood via Kupuna Place. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28, "No <br /> parking at anytime," subsection (c), South Hilo, Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by adding a new listing to be appropriately inserted and to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "• Mohouli Street, northwest Hamakua side from a .oint four hundred <br /> twenty-three feet northeast of Kupuna Place and extending seven <br /> hundred sixty feet in the southwesterly direction." <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance that can he given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 5.
