'''..k441;• NkBILL NO. 46 OR.DINA.NCE NO. 17 52 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24,ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 _EDITI.ON, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE,COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of this amendment is to restrict parking along a portion of Mohouli Street in order to improve the visibility for people exiting the Mohouli Heights Senior Neighborhood via Kupuna Place, SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28, "No parking at anytime," subsection (c), South Hilo, Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding a new listing to be appropriately inserted and to read as follows: "• Mohouli Street, northwest(Hamakua) side, from a point four hundred twenty-three feet northeast of Kupiina Place and extending seven hundred sixty feet in the southwesterly direction." SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
