JgYoiN,, <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII : . ;. tWt STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ATE OF•N....:: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 230 17 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A <br /> LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR <br /> FOR A MULTI-YEAR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR ONE (1) <br /> MULTI-FUNCTION HIGH CAPACITY COPY MACHINE FOR THE <br /> OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY <br /> WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, <br /> lease or other obligation requiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a <br /> later fiscal year or of more than one fiscal year be approved by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into a multi-year <br /> maintenance agreement for five (5) years, for one (1) multi-function high capacity <br /> color copy machine for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney; and <br /> WHEREAS, this maintenance agreement is for the copy machine referenced <br /> in resolution 207-17 which was adopted by Council on May 17, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, the copy machine referenced in resolution 207-17 shall be <br /> purchased using grant funds; therefore resolution 207-17 is no longer needed; <br /> now therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a five (5) <br /> Year <br /> maintenance agreement for the equipment as indicated above, for <br /> the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney. <br />
