This agreement is for the copy machine for <br /> the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney referenced in resolution 207-17 which was <br /> adopted by Council on May 17, 2017 and will have a cost based on $0.0071 per copied <br /> page. Resolution 207-17 however, will no longer be needed, as the copy machine will be <br /> purchased using grant funds. <br /> The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney requests that this resolution be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the June 23, 2017 Council agenda in order to <br /> expedite this transaction.
