BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> This resolution is to enter into a multi-year agreement to implement a County project based housing <br /> assistance payment agreement to subsidize the rent for tenants at Mohouli Senior Phase 2.
