COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 62 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17-40, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br /> TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br /> JULY 1, 2017 TO JUNE 30, 2018. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 17-40, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, <br /> is hereby amended by adding the following project: <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Mamalahoa Hwy Widening, Mud Ln to Mana Rd - Federal <br /> (110.388.5384.20) $22,000,000 <br /> Mamalahoa Hwy Widening, Mud Ln to Mana Rd - State <br /> (110.388.5384.19) $ 500,000 <br /> Mamalahoa Hwy Widening, Mud Ln to Mana Rd - County <br /> (110.388.5384.18) $ 5,000,000 <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from: <br /> Federal Grants Receivable $22,000,000 <br /> State Grants Receivable $ 500,000 <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - <br /> Fund Balance and/or other Sources $ 5,000,000 <br /> SECTION 3.
