Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled"Mamalahoa Hwy <br /> Widening, Mud Ln to Mana Rd" and to appropriate $27,500,000 ($22,000,000 of federal <br /> funds, $500,000 of state funds and $5,000,000 of County funds) to the Capital Budget for <br /> this project. <br /> The Department of Public Works requests that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the August 16, 2017 Council agenda in order to expedite <br /> this critical project.
