PWPRC-9 August 15, 2017 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 253-17: URGES THE MAYOR AND THE DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO EXPEDITE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SKATE PARK FACILITY IN THE SOUTH HILO DISTRICT Supports a collaborative effort between the County and the Hilo Skateplaza Coalition, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, which is willing to share costs, donate materials and labor, and provide design specifications to develop this public facility.
