Mr. Coakley is employed with the <br /> County of Hawai'i as a Sr. Pool Lifeguard and a former real estate broker. <br /> Mr. Coakley is a graduate of the Kamehameha School for Boys and attended several <br /> years of college including the College of San Mateo, Leeward Community and Hawai'i <br /> Community Colleges. <br /> Mr. Coakley has lived in Kohala for over 41 years. He is active in the community and <br /> has served as past President of the North Kohala Hawai'i Civic Club, past President of <br /> the No. Kohala Jaycees, and past President and Vice President of the Kohala <br /> Community Association. He has also worked extensively with the youths of Kohala as a , <br /> cultural conservation instructor and as a swim and soccer coach. <br /> Mr. Coakley is a registered Republican.
