This contract is needed in order to receive <br /> funds from HUD to adjust the approved (by HUD) monthly contract rate to $700. <br /> The implementation date of this contract is scheduled to commence on November 1, <br /> 2017. In order to meet this deadline, the OHCD requests that a breach be authorized to <br /> submit this resolution after the September 29, 2017 submission deadline, and to waive it <br /> from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the October 18, 2017 Council <br /> agenda.
