BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the documents attached to this Resolution as <br /> Exhibit"A" and Exhibit"B" are hereby approved and adopted and, following revisions to <br /> address comments from DEM, USDA, Hawai`i State Historic Preservation Division, Department <br /> of Public Works, Department of Water Supply, Planning, Hawai`i State Department of Health <br /> Wastewater Branch, HELCO, and communications utilities, shall be used as the basis for the <br /> calling of bids and awarding of a contract for the work as provided in Resolution No. 72-15, A <br /> Resolution of Determination to Proceed to Create and Define a Sewer System Improvement <br /> District for the Lono Kona Subdivision. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon <br /> adoption thereof. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii shall transmit <br /> copies of this resolution to the Honorable Mayor Harry Kim; Finance Director Deanna Sako; <br /> Corporation Counsel Joseph K.
