The property is located on 65-1102 <br /> Hoku`ula Road, north of the Spencer Road-Hoku`ula Road junction, Waimea Homesteads, South <br /> Kohala, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> The applicant requests a change of zone from Agricultural—*1 acre (A-1a) to <br /> Single-Family Residential - 20,000 square feet (RS-20) for a 1.166-acre <br /> (50,791-square foot)parcel in order to create a 2-lot subdivision.
